This time, seven nights await you on the charming island of Dhangethi in South Ari Atoll. An area known for some of the Maldives' very best diving spots. Here you have the chance to encounter manta rays, whale sharks, turtles, colorful coral reefs and a rich marine life in crystal clear waters.
This is the trip for those who love diving, want to discover new places and share experiences with a lovely group of diving girls. We live comfortably on a local island, dive a lot, eat well and at the same time experience the genuine Maldivian culture beyond the classic resort islands.
Scuba Girls Goes Maldives is as much about community above the surface as it is about the experiences below. Whether you are a relatively new diver or have hundreds of dives in your logbook, a week filled with laughter, new friendships and lifelong memories awaits.
During the trip we will do a total of 15 dives spread over five diving days. South Ari Atoll is world famous for its encounters with whale sharks all year round and manta rays for much of the year. But here you will also find reef sharks, eagle rays, turtles, shoals of fish and amazing coral formations.
As a perfect end to the week, we leave the local island life for a day at a nearby resort. Here it awaits Maldiverna that most people dream of. Chalk-white beaches, turquoise water, swaying palm trees, comfortable sun loungers and something delicious in a glass while the sun sets over the Indian Ocean.

Diving in the Maldives
Diving in South Ari Atoll offers some of the Maldives' most spectacular underwater experiences. The area is world-famous for its regular encounters with whale sharks and manta rays, but it also boasts colorful coral reefs, reef sharks, eagle rays, moray eels, turtles and large schools of tropical fish.
During the week we will do 15 dives spread over five diving days and explore some of the best dive sites in the area around Dhangethi. Each day offers new experiences, from dramatic reefs with flowing water to calmer coral gardens where life is absolutely teeming with color and movement.
What makes South Ari Atoll so special is the opportunity to combine spectacular encounters with pelagic species while enjoying a rich and varied reef life. One dive might feature manta rays gliding gracefully through the blue, while the next dive focuses on turtles, nudibranchs, schools of fish and beautiful coral formations.
The dive is suitable for most certified divers who are comfortable in the ocean. Some dive sites may have currents, which are often what attracts the larger marine animals to the area. The reward can be magical moments with manta rays, reef sharks and maybe even the mighty whale shark.
The water is warm, visibility is usually very good and every boat trip offers new opportunities for amazing experiences. Whether it's your first visit to the Maldives or you've already dived here before, there's a reason why the area is consistently ranked as one of the world's top diving destinations.
Cozy Art Dhangethi
Cozy Art Dhangethi Guest House in the Maldives is located on the small island of Dhangethi in the southern Ari Atoll. Here you have in addition to fantastic diving also nice relaxation and an opportunity to get close to the genuine Maldives. This is a lovely little guesthouse with its own dive center. A perfect destination for relaxation, diving and being one with the Maldives.
Itinerary day by day
Day 1
Departing from Scandinavia. We gather on the way to the Maldives and look forward to a week filled with diving, community and tropical experiences.
Day 2
Arrival in Malé and transfer by speedboat to Dhangethi in South Ari Atoll. Check-in at the hotel and time to relax before the adventure begins.
Day 3-7
Five fantastic diving days with a total of 15 dives. We explore some of the area's best dive sites with the chance to encounter manta rays, whale sharks, turtles, reef sharks and large schools of fish. Between dives there is time for relaxation, beach hanging out and socializing with the group.
Day 8
A well-deserved break from diving. Today we visit a nearby resort and experience the classic paradise views of the Maldives with white sandy beaches, turquoise water and a nice holiday feeling.
Day 9
Check-out and transfer back to Malé. Flight home to Scandinavia or on to your own adventures for those who wish to extend the trip.
Day 10
Homecoming to Scandinavia with lots of new memories, experiences and hopefully several new diving buddies.
