You have accommodation and breakfast and then the proximity to the dive center where you can step directly into the water at the house reef or pick up your scuba tanks and pack the car and then set off on an adventure on the island and dive wherever you want at any of the many dive sites offered.
Bonaire is a marine park so the entire island is protected and here you will find everything from sandy bottoms, to slopes and walls. Coral forests with lots of fish, rays, octopus, tarpon, sometimes sharks and lots of fun to see. No other place in the world can compare to Bonaire which is truly a diving paradise. Along for the ride will be representative of Poseidon diving systems to be and there will be an opportunity to try out their equipment and share thoughts, ideas, questions, etc.
Bonaire
Bonaire offers over 60 dive sites, more than half of which are accessible from land. You have almost free access to some of the Caribbean's most stunning reefs. Life is simple here, and you dive when you want, sleep when you want, and eat almost whenever you want. Whether you choose two or seven dives per day, diving is what matters on this little paradise island.
Just outside the city of Kralendijk lies the lovely Buddy Dive resort and nowhere else is diving easier and more accessible than here. You have your rental car and get around the island at your own pace, dive wherever and whenever you want and experience the comfortable life with diving freedom. A concept that was coined back in the 1960s and that still holds true today and makes Bonaire rank as one of the world's best diving destinations every year.
The marine life is rich but there are also some wrecks and the corals are in good condition. All dive sites are easy to find as they are marked with chicken yellow rocks and you just drive as close to the sea as you can and then change and jump in. Other sites are a bit further to walk to but are well worth the “trouble” – don’t miss 1000 steps for example. Not for tired legs but a must for every diver on Bonaire.
The salt pier and many other places are also not to be missed and in fact the house reef at Buddy Dive is really good and for those who want to practice UV photography there are few places where it is so easy to practice.
Buddy Dive Resort
The accommodation at Bonaire and Buddy Dive resort is simple but good and here you live comfortably right by the sea in apartments with plenty of space. Each apartment has its own room for two people and a common room with kitchen, stove, fridge. Breakfast buffet is included and there are two restaurants here. Own house reef which is really good and the world's most famous drive through for divers. You simply drive in the car and collect your bottles and then just drive on when you feel it's time. There is also a very good house reef that suits all levels of experience.
Itinerary day by day
Day 1
You leave Scandinavia and fly to Bonaire via Amsterdam, arriving late afternoon. Transfer to the dive resort and check-in.
Day 1 – 8
07 nights accommodation in a double room including breakfast 6 wonderful days with unlimited shore diving, rental car, tank, weights, nitrox The accommodation is based on a two-bedroom apartment for four people. Separate shower and bathroom for each bedroom, shared living room. One rental car pickup per apartment is included. Apartment for 2 people for an additional fee from +5,000 SEK / person
Day 8
Transfer in the afternoon to the airport and fly via Amsterdam back to Scandinavia

Back in Scandinavia

Our program is only a preliminary plan that is influenced based on the external conditions that the weather gods reward us with. This means that we may have to move activities and dive sites to other days and also replace planned activities with alternatives if required. We ask you to be flexible.
