The liveaboard Sea Bird I Seychelles is a lovely yacht that will take you around the Seychelles. She is 42 meters long with two masts and on board there are nine spacious cabins. Air conditioning is on board and there is a bar and lounge area that offers time for relaxation and enjoyment. TV, DVD, ice maker, washing machine, sun deck, plenty of sun loungers on the outside deck and a large deck in the stern that is covered and protects against the scorching sun or possible rain.
The cabins on board are divided into six cabins with double beds and one extra bed and three cabins with double beds. All cabins have their own shower/toilet and all cabins are located on the lower deck. On board there is a crew of nine people normally, including a diving instructor.
The aft deck is made so it is easy to step in and out of the water when diving. One big step and you are on your way and then you have a ladder to climb up from. A dive guide is on board and will take you around the different dive sites. Hopefully you will find many fun marine species.
In total, Sea Bird liveaboard in the Seychelles can accommodate 18 guests on board. There is a nice spacious lounge where you also eat all your meals. The meals on board are plentiful and the food is of the highest quality so you don't have to go hungry. Diving on board takes place from the boat but there is also a tender. However, it is mainly used to drive non-diving guests to shore for short visits between dives or for those who snorkel, etc.

Diving in the Seychelles is popular, but the country is not a typical and pure diving destination. The beautiful environments, beaches and unique nature together with the clear blue sea attract much more. The best way to experience as much as possible is to add diving to a liveaboard. There can be both divers and non-divers on board and you will cruise around the inner island world of the Seychelles and dive during the day.
The marine life is rich but perhaps not quite as colorful as, for example, the Maldives or Southeast Asia, but here you will still find plenty of marine life. Everything from cnidarians with corals and anemones to other invertebrates such as starfish, sea urchins, nudibranchs, octopuses and lots of different fascinating crustaceans.
Angelfish, butterflyfish, clownfish, wrasses, moray eels, dragon and scorpionfish, fusilli fish, barracuda, tuna and lots of other species and relatives make the reefs alive and the diving enjoyable.
Around the main island of Mahé there are also some exciting wrecks to experience. In and around the wrecks there are often plenty of fish that seek their refuge here.
The truly spectacular experiences are the larger animals such as various turtles, various rays such as manta rays, stingrays, eagle rays and more. Here you will also find other cartilaginous fish with various species of shark. Nurse sharks, various reef sharks, zebra shark, lemon shark and sometimes the large fantastic whale shark.
