Reethi Faru Resort is a relatively new resort on a small beautiful island in the Raa Atoll located in the northern part of the Maldives. You get here from Male either via a 45-minute exciting and beautiful journey in a seaplane or via domestic flight (approx. 20 minutes) and speed boat (approx. 40 minutes).
The resort offers modern garden villas, beach villas and water villas in sizes for both couples and families. All rooms have air conditioning and fan, telephone, minibar, safe and coffee/tea station. The luxurious bathrooms are spacious and equipped with all the necessary facilities. In the resort area, you will find a total of five different restaurants and four bars. You can choose to add both full and half board as well as all inclusive packages at the resort.
The Reethi Faru resort in the Maldives includes facilities such as a dive centre, spa, gym and water sports centre, meaning they have everything you need to keep you occupied when the diving is done for the day.

Dive with Sea-Explorer
Raa atoll is yet another unexploited atoll with a few resorts. As the atoll is far north, it is also too far for many liveaboards to get here, which means that you often have the dive sites all to yourself.
The diving offers a variety of fine macro dives, exciting current dives in the channels and lots of pelagic fish. Thanks to its geographical position, it is also possible to see manta rays all year round in the area.
At Reethi Faru Resort you dive together with the Sea-Explorer diving center, a SCUBA / SSI / PADI center. From the resort, you have access to 35 different dive sites, all of which can be reached by boat. It is a mixture of reefs on the outside and inside of the atoll (transfer times take between 10 and 45 min depending on the dive site).
Reethi Faru which literally means "beautiful reef" also has a very nice house reef to explore both with diving and snorkeling equipment with beautiful walls and coral covered overhangs.
The diving center offers day and night diving by boat, a full range of diving courses, snorkelling excursions and diving equipment rental. If you wish to learn to dive, you can certainly do so at Reethi Faru Resort.
