Extra Divers Bali Dive Center is located at the beautiful Naya Gawana Resort and Spa, and is the perfect distance from some of the best dive sites in Bali. Bali's diving interests many divers, and you will find here, among other things, the nature-protected island of Menjangan and the macro-paradise Secret Bay. The diving is good all year round and will give you great diving experiences.
The dives are made from hired local boats. They can take you to the many well-known dive sites in the area. An absolute highlight is diving at Menjangan Island. The island is only 35-40 minutes from the diving center. There is incredible diversity here, and is a perfect place for macro diving.
The resort has its own house reef which is well worth diving. The currents are gentle, the water is clear with visibility up to 30 meters. There is a good variety of corals and species richness here all year round. You can find frogfish, ghost pipefish, unusual crabs, seahorses and sometimes even leaffish as well as mandarinfishes.
Secret Bay is another dive site you must try if you like macro diving. Here you get the opportunity to take fantastic macro pictures as there is a plethora of motifs and "models" below the surface. Be aware that it's shallow and pretty poor visibility here though.
