Jardines Avalon F1

Jardine's Avalon F1 liveaboard in Cuba is a 40 meter long and large live board and has excellent accommodation for up to 20 guests in 10 different cabins. All have private bathrooms, hot water, comfortable beds, TV and A/C). There are many outlets on board that provide both 110 and 220V. The beautiful inlaid oak interior has an open and modern atmosphere. The lounging area is a large lounge with a set of large inviting sofas. The lounge is the focal point here and there is also a desk and PC station.

On the upper deck, the large dining room is surrounded by comfortable sofas that invite you to sit and relax and have a pre-dinner cocktail. You can also sit here while watching the sunset. There is a large bar in one corner with a music system and well equipped to offer all kinds of cocktails. Here, the crew can also help with preparation and service before and during dinner. Next to the bar, a glass door leads to the captain's cabin, including a nice bathroom and a cabin for the crew. At the end of the large dining room, the stairs lead up to the roof. At the top you have an open area with a jacuzzi, a majestic grill, chairs and a fantastic panoramic view beyond of the Caribbeanbeautiful seas.

The Avalon F1 is truly a treat

Meals are usually served on the upper deck where there is a nice and cooling breeze. Dinner on board combines the styler with the best of continental Italian cuisine with delicious seafood and traditional Cuban favorites such as rice and beans, black bean soup and fried bananas. Drinks available on board are: bottled mineral water, sparkling and tonic water. Various soft drinks, juice, beer, rum, whiskey and excellent wines (6 drinks / day included in the package).

The chef at Jardines Avalon FI is excellent. The day starts with a hearty breakfast. Lunch and dinners are mainly fresh fish. Lobster is our specialty and is served in different ways. For those who like something different, there is chicken, pork and beef. Salads and various fruits are served at every meal. Desserts include our famous Cuban Caramel Custard, rum-flavored cookies, cakes, puddings, pies and many others. Vegetarian and kosher dishes are served on request with many different options.
