The diving

Komodo National Park is one of Indonesia's most iconic dive sites, offering dramatic and highly varied diving. The nutrient-rich currents that move through the strait create conditions for exceptional marine life, with healthy coral reefs, impressive schools of fish and regular encounters with larger species.

During a liveaboard trip with EcoPro Duyung Baru, you will dive at carefully selected locations where steep walls, current dives and colorful reefs alternate with calmer dives depending on the conditions and the experience level of the group. The area is particularly famous for its manta rays, but reef sharks, turtles, shoals of fish and a rich macrolife are also common.

Diving in Komodo is best suited for divers with some experience, but planning is always adjusted to prevailing weather, currents and safety to provide the best possible experience.
